1. About the platform
Purna Local Services is a marketplace that connects customers in Vijayawada with independent local service professionals. We facilitate discovery and booking; the service itself is delivered by the assigned partner.
2. Bookings
A booking request is confirmed once a partner accepts it. Slot availability is indicative and may be reassigned if a partner becomes unavailable, in which case we will inform you promptly.
3. Pricing and payments
Prices displayed are indicative starting rates. Final pricing is confirmed by the partner after inspection and requires your approval before work begins. Materials and spare parts are billed separately at actual cost.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before the booked slot. Late cancellations after a partner has travelled to your location may attract a nominal visit charge.
5. Customer responsibilities
Please provide accurate address details, safe site access, and a responsible adult present during the service. Electricity and water access should be available where the job requires it.
6. Partner conduct
Partners must carry valid identification, behave professionally, follow safety norms and quote fairly. Repeated complaints may lead to suspension from the platform.
7. Warranty and complaints
Workmanship concerns reported within 7 days of service will be reviewed and, where valid, addressed by a revisit. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply as per the brand's terms.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to reasonable coordination and support in resolving service issues. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
